    Gramigna pasta made from Italian durum wheat semolina, with 15 g of fiber per 100 g.

    What makes it different

    • 15 g of fiber per 100 g — twice as much as regular pasta. From wheat fiber, resistant starch, and inulin.
    • Exclusively Italian durum wheat semolina, with no glyphosate and no genetically modified organisms.
    • Low nickel content (0.071 mg/kg), because it contains no bran.

    Resistant starch

    Replacing digestible starch with resistant starch in a meal helps reduce the rise in post-meal blood sugar.

    Authorized claim under Regulation (EU) 432/2012. The effect is achieved if at least 14% of the product's total starch is resistant starch.

    Preparation

    Cook in salted boiling water, like any Italian pasta. The texture and taste remain classic.
