Fusilli pasta made from Italian durum wheat semolina, with 15 g of fiber per 100 g.

What makes them different

  • 15 g of fiber per 100 g — twice as much as regular pasta. From wheat fiber, resistant starch, and inulin.
  • Exclusively Italian durum wheat semolina, with no glyphosate and no genetically modified organisms.
  • Low nickel content (0.071 mg/kg), because they do not contain bran.

Resistant starch

Replacing digestible starch with resistant starch in a meal contributes to reducing the rise in postprandial blood glucose.

Authorized claim in accordance with Regulation (EU) 432/2012. The effect is achieved if at least 14% of the product’s total starch is resistant starch.

Preparation

Cook in salted boiling water, like any Italian pasta. The texture and taste remain classic.

Ingredients

Durum wheat semolina, dietary fiber 14% (wheat fiber, resistant starch, inulin). May contain traces of egg, soy, and mustard.
