GLYCEMIA COMPLEX is a food supplement specially designed to maintain normal blood sugar levels. It combines:

• A Ceylon cinnamon bark extract, rich in antioxidants, particularly proanthocyanidins. Ideally dosed at 300 mg of extract, equivalent to 3000 mg of cinnamon bark, it helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels*.
• Zinc, an antioxidant whose role in maintaining normal carbohydrate metabolism has been recognized.

Chromium, a trace element known for its role in maintaining normal blood sugar levels. Chromium is present as picolinate, which is more easily absorbed by the body .

Directions for use:

• Take one capsule with a large glass of water at lunchtime.

Dry extract of Ceylon cinnamon bark (Cinnamum zeylanicum) (non-EU origin) 300 mg equivalent to 3000 mg bark, capsule shell (fish gelatin), zinc gluconate, fenugreek seed powder (Trigonella foenum-graecum) 30 mg, chromium picolinate.
