How do you apply this product correctly?

Apply to thoroughly wet hair and massage gently, leave on for about 1 minute and rinse without rubbing excessively.

What are the main ingredients in this product?

Water - water, sodium coceth sulfate, disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, sodium chloride, cocamido, propyl betaine, citric acid, polyquaternium - 10, fragrance, 2 bromo 2, nitro propane 1,3 diol, basic blue 99, fragrance.
