    Linguine pasta made from Italian durum wheat semolina, with 15 g of fiber per 100 g.

    What makes them different

    • 15 g of fiber per 100 g — twice as much as regular pasta. From wheat fiber, resistant starch, and inulin.
    • Exclusively Italian durum wheat semolina, free from glyphosate and genetically modified organisms.
    • Low nickel content (0.071 mg/kg), because they contain no bran.
    • Certified VeganOK.

    Resistant starch

    Replacing digestible starch with resistant starch in a meal helps reduce the rise in post-meal blood sugar.

    Authorized claim in accordance with Regulation (EU) 432/2012. The effect is achieved if at least 14% of the product's total starch is resistant starch.

    Preparation

    Boil in salted water, like any Italian pasta. The texture and taste stay classic.

    Ingredients

    Durum wheat semolina, dietary fiber 14% (wheat fiber, resistant starch, inulin). May contain traces of egg, soy, and mustard.
