Right of Withdrawal:

In accordance with the European laws, any customer has the right to return the purchased product, without penalties and without giving any reason for doing so, within 30 calendar days of receiving the package. You are welcome to return any unwanted items to us (providing they are unused and in their original packaging and sealed) within 30 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.In order to exercise your right of withdrawal please follow the STEPS listed below in the section Return and refund procedure. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the reason for your decision to withdraw or cancel your order.

Return and refund procedure: 

STEP 1:

The return is made by announcing in advance the intention to return through an email address contact@diabetoline.com. Note that the item must be sent within 30 calendar days of receiving the package.

Email must include:

-the order number of the order you wish to withdraw from.

-full name.

-email address.

-phone number used in that order.

-return form completed.

STEP 2: 

The customer hands over the parcel to the courier together with all the documents originally received. 

STEP 3: 

The amount paid by the customer for the product will be reimbursed, within 21 calendar working days from the full receipt of the return parcel at the Diabetoline headquarters together with the return form.

All the transport fees related to the return will be withheld. 

All transport costs will be paid in full by the customer.

PLEASE NOTE, very important:

-Returns are accepted only within 30 days of receiving the package.

-We do not accept refunds for UNSEALED PRODUCTS.

-We do not accept the return of products that have been INTENTIONALLY DAMAGED (Refieled, Resealed, Relabelled, Pierced)

-If the delivered products were accompanied by any gifts/bonuses, they must be returned together with the products that are the subject of the purchase. Partially missing items from Exclusive Sets will not be taken into consideration for refunds.

Other observations: 

The parcel will contain all the documents initially received, the return form completed/ generated/ printed and signed by the person who initiated and paid for the order, requesting the return of the amount paid, indicating the account and the bank where the money will be returned. 

Refunds will be done using the same payment instrument that you used for the original transaction, usually crediting your credit card. You will not be charged any additional fee with respect to such refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back.

We will credit you with the return amount as quickly as possible after receiving your return shipment. Card refunds may take up to xxx business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this.

Parcel returned without prior notice: If the return procedure is not followed and the customer sends the return parcel without prior notice, we reserve the right not to accept the return. 

Cancelling Orders: You may also cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time before the order has been delivered. In such a case, the relevant conditions for the Right of Withdrawal indicated above would apply.

In the event that a parcel sent by Diabetoline is not accepted by the recipient without a given reason and without prior notice through any contact method: telephone, email, chat support, etc. the following measures will be taken: SPECIFY THE FOLLOWING MEASURES

SC CURALIFE PHARMA DISTRIBUTION SRL will always try to resolve any complaint amicably, by agreement between the two parties. In this sense, we provide you with an email address to which you can direct any notification or complaint to which we will respond within a maximum of 10 calendar days: contact@diabetoline.com If the amicable solution is not possible, the EUROPEAN laws will apply.

Limitation of Withdrawal and Cancelation: You can no longer cancel your order and/or withdraw from your contract for purchasing the Products once the Right of Withdrawal period has ended.

For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.

Note: In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy or divergences of interpretation between the English version and any other language versions of this publication, the English language version shall prevail.
